Our Story

We started as a family-owned fish and chips truck, serving wild, freshly filleted fish from the cold, pristine waters of the BC coast. Our mission has always been simple: honest food, made with care.

Now, we’re bringing you a healthier twist on a timeless classic — crispy fish and chips made with gluten-free cassava flour. Grown naturally in Fiji, without pesticides, herbicides, or genetic modification, our cassava flour is as pure as the soil it comes from. It’s also nut-free and soy-free, making it safe and wholesome for every table.

Every bite tells a story — of farmers who nurture the land, of oceans that provide, and of a family’s commitment to serving food that’s both delicious and nourishing.

This is more than a meal. It’s a connection: from nature to table, from Fiji to BC, from our family to yours.

Now as we promised we bring you our very own  Gluten Free Cassava Flour. You can order it online here and find a few recipes to make as well,

  • Add wet ingredients into dry mixture.

  • Let the cassava flour batter sit for 5 to 10 min to absorb the moisture.

Immediately pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake, cook for 2 minutes on the first side and once the edges are defined and bubbles have formed throughout, flip them over and cook them for one to two more minutes on the second side.
